I designed these covers by experimenting with various lettering styles. I took some of my existing illustrations and came up with titles that evoke a story associated with the image. The title leads to the premise, the premise leads to the plot, and now I have ideas for stories that I'd really like to see realized someday. All of this is my starting point for future visual storytelling projects.
