These portraits are galactic pet commissions made between 2022 and 2025. They show characters such as a cosmic dog roaming the craters of the moon, a cat-alien battling a galactic war, or even a bounty hunter tracking down the next prey.

My inspiration were the suits from the space race of the Cold War, the fantasy and surrealist art of Roger Dean, the retrofuturism of the 70s, and the work of Mead, Hildebrandt, Simonton and many others.

The result was a series of more than 50 cartoon-style portraits chock-full of color and exotic nature which, above all, serve as homage to our faithful companions.
